  • 1.Where does Martinair fly?

    Martinair flies from Amsterdam to Miami, the Caribbean, Mexico, Suriname and Costa Rica and during the summer also to Canada.  

  • 2.How can I buy a ticket on Martinair?

    Tickets for travel on Martinair can be purchased through any of the following methods:

    • Through your local travel agent
    • Directly through Martinair reservations
    • Through your favorite internet travel site
  • 3.I have an economy class ticket, how do I upgrade to Comfort Class?

    Comfort Class upgrades to and from Amsterdam are purchased via our website at within 90days of departure on each Martinair flight segment. Economy class ticket purchase required before upgrade can be done. Comfort Class upgrades are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. Based on availability, upgrades may also be purchased at the Martinair airport counter within three hours of departure.   • 4.How can I check my trip?
    It is possible to acces your online travel itinerary in CheckMyTrip. You will find your reservation number on your ticket or on the confirmation provided by your agent. It is sometimes referred to as "PNR" or "Record Locator". After entering your reservation number you can view your travel itinerary online.  
  • 5.Can I get a seat assignment?

    Seat assignments are available in Comfort Class when purchasing upgrade via our website. Depending on gateway, seat assignments are subject to availability no more than 90days prior to departure. Economy class seat preferences, seating in the Emergency exit, and bulkhead rows may be requested by contacting your local Martinair Reservations office. These seats can only be requested and are subject to confirmation at check-in on the day of departure.

  • 6.Can I bring a baby stroller and do I have baggage allowance for my infant?
    Passengers are allowed one collapsible umbrella-style stroller as part of their free baggage allowance. One carry-on bag 45 inches or 10kgs is permitted for the infant.
  • 7.What travel documents or visas do I need in order to travel to the country I plan to visit?

    Since conditions are continually changing it is best to check with Martinair Reservations for the latest information.

  • 8.Do I need to reconfirm my reservation?

    If you have a confirmed ticket on Martinair, there is no reason to reconfirm your reservations however we do recommend that you call the Martinair Flight Information Numbers on the day of departure to verify that you flight is operating as scheduled. If you have reservations on other carriers in conjunction with your Martinair flight, we suggest that you contact that carrier 72 hours prior to departure since carriers have different regulations when it comes to reconfirmation of flights. Please note that if you do not travel on the flight specified and have not cancelled your reservation, Martinair is entitled to cancel all onward and returning reservations.

  • 9.What is Martinair's relationship with KLM?

    KLM currently owns 50% of Martinair, however Martinair does operate autonomously from KLM.

  • 10.Does Martinair have a relationship with any other carriers?

    Martinair has standard ticket and baggage acceptance agreements with many carriers.

  • 11.Can I get a special meal on Martinair?
    Martinair offers a wide variety of special meals for passengers with dietary restrictions.
  • 12.Does Martinair have a frequent flyer program?

    Martinair does not have a frequent flyer program.

  • 13.When does the check-in counter open and where is it located at the airport?

    Depending on the airport you are departing from Martinair's check-in time may vary. Please consult Check-in Information on our website for details. In all cases we ask that passengers check in no less than 3 hours prior to departure.

  • 14.Do you have electrical outlets available for laptops?

    No we don't.

  • 15.My baggage has been lost or damaged. What should I do?
