Just to be clear: in Varadero, you can order any dish you want, from any part of the world. Of course, local dishes are highly recommended. For example pork, chicken, rice, beans, tomatoes and salad. Delicious!
Tip:
For a real taste of Cuba, look for the carne asada on your menu (grilled meat in tortillas with cooked beans and grilled green onions), the national dish congris (rice with black or red kidney beans) or ropas viejas, Cuban for ‘old clothes’, similar to good old pulled pork.
Chez Plaza
Good service, an even better menu and a fantastic sea view.

Aljibe Varadero
